After rescuing 4 very young chicks, who were very vulnerable, Love All's founder and her children did everything they could to get the chicks warm and healthy. Unfortunately, on of the smaller chicks did not make it and passed away 2 days after being rescued. The founder and her family had bonded with all the chicks and wanted to cremate little Crowley with dignity and love. They were worried pet crematoriums would turn them away with the chick being so small and "just a chick" as some people said :(
Thankfully they found Paula and pet crematorium direct, who were kind, understanding and very professional. Right from the start they cared, it didn't matter that is was "just a chick" Paula was wonderful and showed so much care attention to our little Crowley and to us. Once the ashes were ready, Paula had arranged a small bag with some little gifts and a few of Crowley's feathers which meant the world to our founder and her family. xx
